Pro Players Foundation is excited to announce our newest program, Service Scholar of the Year (or SSOTY). SSOTY is a mutually beneficial scholarship program in which aspiring students raise funds for PPF while competing for scholarship money and exciting prizes. We want you to help us raise money to support our programs and in return are offering a unique resume builder, leadership training, community service hours, and more.
This program will run from August 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021, and is open to students grades 9 through 12. The student who raises the most money will be awarded a $5,000 scholarship. The student who raises funds in the most entrepreneurial way will be awarded a $3,000 scholarship. Two finalists* will be randomly selected and awarded a $1,000 scholarship. There will also be a drawing for an exciting prize on the last day of each month.
*Students must raise at least $1,000 by December 31, 2020, to be in the finalist group.

Never raised money for a cause? No problem. PPF has created a series of videos, called The Art of the Ask, to help students learn more about the fundraising process. Please refer to these videos throughout the program. The videos can be found here, on our YouTube Channel.
